If your cameras has a red frame counter window, cover it with black tape (or similar) otherwise fogging will occur due to the thin backing paper and/or you will get the frame number on the backing paper 'printed' on the negative

NOTE: MUST BE DEVELOPED IN ADOX ADOTECH DEVELOPER - DON'T take the film to a high street lab for processing. The film is not suitable for developing in other black and white developers - you can try but you won't get anywhere near the results possible with the ADOTECH developer.
