Solaris Colour Films and Single-User Cameras
Solaris brand products are manufactured by Ferrania in Italy founded in 1915. Ferrania has a very long history of film making and is now again an independent company. The FG negative films were introduced in 2000 and are marketed under the Solaris brand name.
Luckily for us all, Solaris films are available in the 110 and 126 cartridges.

The 110 and 126 cartridges are fitted with the Solaris 200 ASA colour print film and can be processed in any lab.
Solaris 35mm Colour Print Films
Ok, the packaging takes some
getting used to but the Solaris Colour Print films are excellent quality
and very low price. Made by Ferrania, one of the largest manufacturers of films
worldwide and the last indigenous European manufacturer of colour films,
the technological innovations incorporated in the new Solaris™ line
include optimized spectral sensitivities and new patented silver halide crystal
formation techniques yielding faster speeds, finer grain and sharper pictures.
Demanding amateur and professional photographers will appreciate the brighter

 Solaris 100
The Solaris 100 Daylight balanced (5500K) color
print film with an ISO 100 speed rating giving xcellent results in both compact
and SLR cameras. High resolution, excellent color fidelity, very fine grain
it yields prints with great tri-dimensional depth, excellent sharpness, bright
and vivid colors, rich tones gradation, fine details and is ideal for enlargements
in a wide range of print sizes
Solaris 200
Solaris 200 is a medium speed film designed to
provide excellent pictures from bright daylight to subdued outdoor lightning
and general purpose photography. Combined high image quality and wide exposure
latitude make this film ideal for still life, scenic, flash photography, portrait
and macro photography.
Solaris 400
Solaris 400 is a high speed film designed to
provide excellent pictures from normal daylight conditions to low available
light levels; extends effective flash useful range.
Ideal for subjects in action requiring fast shutter speed, hand-held photography
and for situations requiring smaller aperture openings for greater depth of
field.
Excellent choice for cameras with zoom. Wide exposure latitude maximizes picture-taking
opportunities.
Solaris 800
Solaris 800 is a high speed
film designed to provide excellent pictures in all light conditions. High speed
combined with wide exposure latitude extends effective flash useful range and
picture-taking opportunities.
Ideal for subjects requiring fast shutter speed, for action and hand-held tele-photography
and for situations requiring smaller aperture openings for greater depth of
field. Ideal for cameras with zoom.

Solaris™ Waterproof Ready-To-Use Camera is an excellent choice for picture taking activities in snow, water or at the beach. When using the Waterproof camera under water, the user must be in clear water, with bright sun and down to a depth of no more than 6 feet under water, with the subject within 4-6 feet of the camera. Contains 800 ASA colour print film.
